After launch literally means after the game has launched. could be 1month or 1 year.
They said they're interested in a PC version and a Pro optimised version of the game is kind of dependant on the same factors. Unless the OP changed it before I arrived, the title "may get even better PS4 Pro support" is not actually misleading.
