conspiracy? Under oath The FBI literally claims everything I said earlier. THE FBI claims she in fact sent classified government information over her private server (info that was classified at the time of her sending it). The FBI claim it is against the rules to have been using that email for that sort of business. The FBI said her claim to them of not sending any classified information over the server was a lie (against the law). The FBI claim the emails requested in the subpoena were deleted AFTER she recieved the subpoena. The FBI claims Clinton associates DESTROYED multiple devices that were used to transmit emails to the private server, two devices were smashed with a hammer after the subpoena was issued. The absolute ONLY reason the FBI didn't pursue further criminal charges was that they didn't believe there was sufficient evidence of "intent" (cause destroying evidence with a hammer doesn't reek of "intent"). Feel free to tell what is wrong here. everything I just claimed I heard the FBI admit to during the congressional hearing.
