maybe i could not laugh because i dont understand a single word he is saying as i dont know italian. But just by how the video is being made it is rather "absolutely stupid" than "incredible funny". --> BIG FAT NO!
Actually I would have closed it after about 10 seconds, but i was in the hope that still something funny is about to happen.
