For me it's quite easy.
Uncharted does everything better but exploration. Example, Tomb Raider Set pieces aren't actually fun to me, they're just parts I can't control to me, in Uncharted you never feel like you have no control over yourself. Also Drake's motion and movement just feel better, example. Yes it's a game but when you're using characters that Dev's want you to feel are human like drake and Laura, her Tomb Raider II jumping style doesn't work anymore. It's also like this with most of her actions, it has a mechanical or to weird flow to it. Alot of Tomb Raiders stuff feel so forced as Uncharted flows just right, no matter how calm it is one second, you feel like ohh damn let's go, but Tomb Raider makes it feel like, wtf why does this girl have the worst luck in the world but keep with the crap she does. I like Laura but it's mainly because she's a beautiful character design. I like drake because he's a great character. Gun fights just feel better on Uncharted too. I hated crafting crap etc. Uncharted perfected the type of game it is really. Tomb Raider tries to take it's style and add a survival element that some may or may not prefer. All up to you really. But the thing is, as a survival, last of us is better and as action Uncharted is better. Basically it's a great middle ground but flawed in some ways for both.
