I played both, Liked both but I don have an honest comparison.
Liked Tomb Raider way more because I played it on PC and it was in much better settings. Proberbly on the PS4pro it will be a simulair experience as on my PC.
Anyway, I liked the story and emotion more in UC4 but I felt like the game was a bit too slow.
On Rise of the Tomb Raider I liked the pace and more open world/side quest feel more
In the end I really disliked some of the sections from UC4 (dislike it a harsh word for sutch a great game) but I never felt a single moment of "lets skip to the good part" on ROTT but like I said I played it on my pc from 2013 which is a significantly faster experience then my ps4 (no offense) in loading times and graphics/framerate
