So I finally got around to watching more of the SAO comparisons and my God.... I can't believe they fucked up THAT bad. Obviouslt the PS4 version was going to look way better but this is just sad. I still think Lost Song is one of the best looking so I was expecting something similar but alas this isn't the case.

I'm most likely never going to buy the Vita version (unless it's under $10) and will wait to buy the PS4 version pre-owned when it's cheap.

Really?  I was a lot more impressed by the more recent comparison video.

I mean, let's be honest, Hollow Fragment wasn't exactly a good performer on Vita either, yet that game was a lot of fun.  Contrary to reports I've read, the graphics on Vita DO look like a step up from HF.  With a couple more performance patches, I'll be all over it.

The game looks even worse than Hollow Fragment though... there's more pop in, framerate is worse, and the town seems really empty (though that might be because of how much bigger it is). Plus like I said, I was expecting visuals around the level of Lost Song, maybe slightly less. If those "performance" patches really help then maybe I'll consider it but as of right now, no way.
