This isn't over-delivering. It's charging people for content that is either superfluous or should have been included in the base game. If you like 2K games, that's great. Doesn't change the reality of the situation.

I had to look this up, but until Civ 6 came out, the last T2 game I played was Bioshock Infinite.

So I wouldn't say I just blindly love this company. Regardless, their most successful and well known games are examples of doing right by your fans. Focusing on them instead of the context to what he's actually referencing is where we disagree.
