Last gen, did you survive YLOD and/or RROD?

My 60gb Launch(ish) ps3 died after about 6 years.

I only kept my launch 360 for about a year... so no I never got a rrod. I don't think later models were as susceptable, and I didn't use the thing enough to get one anyway probably...
