Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts- I definitely get why fans who wanted a platform game were upset, but the game was actually really good. Great use of user generated content.
Super Mario Sunshine- This one has gone full circle to the point where now it's actually probably a bit overrated. At the time it was released, it was disliked because it wasn't as revolutionary as Mario 64 but it was still one of the better platform games.
Skyward Sword- This is just kind of the thing with Zelda games. Game gets hyped beyond belief, then people complain about it, then when the next one comes out, they love it. When Breath of the Wild comes out people will start loving Skyward Sword.
Kirby's Epic Yarn- Just a nice pleasant game. Another case where people complained because it wasn't like other games in the series, but we got a traditional game like a year later.
