Might be what the advertisement targets, but in all honesty i'm much more looking forward improved framerates and iq in 1080p.
I've got a way more powerful PC setup than either the ps4pro or the scorpio will be and I'm playing at 1080p (though usually aiming for 144fps). At 60 fps 1080p both consoles will be quite amazing in terms of visual quality. Just vsync the hell out of the games and I'm a happy camper
