Your best bet is to look at games you are interested in and see what enhancements pro actually gives. If it's a game that just recieves a resolution bump then you have to ask yourself if smoother edges or possibly going from sub-1080p to 1080p is worth it for you.

But why haven't we seen any of that?

I expect many comparison videos from digital foundry and the like after the 7th of nov, as that's when the nda will afaik be lifted
