I have had a pstv for 2 years and have never even used it. I live in Regina, and got mine at Best Buy for $50. At the time, it was more expensive to buy a standalone duel-shock, so I bought the pstv which come with a duel-shock AND a vita memory card. Sucks that you can't find it at good price.
