And sold better on Famitsu (well, SAO), so I guess we'll have to call this one a tie :P (especially since we haven't seen anything about legs yet, which is traditionally won by Vita).
I am coming round to the idea that Vita software is in worse shape than I thought though, so you can have that victory!
