But they are also not asking it from the ones who are having a hard time. They are demanding it from companies like Activision/EA... who make billions of one gamefranchise but treat the voice actors basically as dirt.  Yes you are right making 250$ a day from a voice session  is great but at the same time in reality it means they can not do any voice acting for atleast a day or two and hopefully have another session soon after.  It is not that rare that voice actors for video games work 10 years in the industry but did not made 100.000 bucks yet, good luck making a living and when they dare to ask bonusses like 500 bucks when a game sells more than a few million they are treated as scumbags...

It is basically that typical answer of 'you work in the video game industry it is your hobby so be happy with the little you get' and I understand the voice actors are getting tired of it and I support the voice actors in their strike.

Nobody is forcing them to work in the industry. There are so many other ways to make a living being a voice actor. Cartoons, radio, commercials, audio books, announcers etc... If working in gaming is such hell, then do something else. They wont though because actual work is way harder.

I don't disagree with that statement but at the same we see gamers asking more quality from games but are at the same time fine that people working on those games are exploited by the management. At a point this is going to backfire and hurts the quality of games and that is why I support the strike and yes I hope this can also help devs because I am honestly sick of the 'oh you as want to have more money working on this game? Goodbye we can have a young graduate replacing you and give him less'.
