TITANFALL 2 TANKS ON UK PHYSICAL SALES CHARTS, DESPITE MULTIPLATFORM RELEASE
http://www.pcgamer.com/titanfall-2-tanks-on-uk-physical-sales-charts-despite-multiplatform-release/
Titanfall 2 is really good—potentially "one of the best shooters of its time," as we said in our just-posted review. But our man also expressed worry that the game could end up becoming an "underground favorite" rather than a full-on hit, a concern that echoes this recent forecast of underperforming sales. And based on initial numbers out of the UK, those dire predictions seem set to come true.

THE HELLISH HORROR GAME AGONY IS LOOKING FOR HELP ON KICKSTARTER
http://www.pcgamer.com/the-hellish-horror-game-agony-is-looking-for-help-on-kickstarter/
I post a lot of teasers, trailers, and gameplay videos, as you might imagine, and it's extremely rare that I feel compelled to warn people that they might not want to watch one of them while at work, or with children present. Agony is definitely one of those games. It's a first-person horror game about escaping from the depths of Hell, and what we've been exposed to thus far really is quite hellish.

OCULUS VR MADE "FACTUALLY INACCURATE" STATEMENTS IN ZENIMAX LAWSUIT, FORENSIC ANALYST SAYS
http://www.pcgamer.com/oculus-vr-made-factually-inaccurate-statements-in-zenimax-lawsuit-forensic-analyst-says/
A recently-granted motion in the lawsuit between ZeniMax Media and Oculus VR suggests that the case could be about to get very interesting, and not in a way that's good for Oculus. The motion to "permit disclosure of any 'demonstrably inaccurate' representations made to court," as reported by Polygon, indicates that an independent expert investigating the case found sworn statements that are "factually incorrect," and that "critical log files" on one of John Carmack's hard drives were deleted prior to its collection as evidence.

>>That could mean big troubles for Oculus and Carmack.

THE NAME OF THE NEXT TOMB RAIDER GAME HAS LEAKED
http://www.pcgamer.com/the-name-of-the-next-tomb-raider-game-has-leaked/
It looks like there is definitely going to be a new Tomb Raider game, and it looks like we might even know the name of it. Thanks to a Montreal-based redditor, who happened to glance at a fellow commuter's laptop screen, the third rebooted instalment in the series will be called Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

>>Basil made a thread about this yesterday.

ENJOY 26 MINUTES OF "ZOMBIES IN SPACELAND" IN NEW CALL OF DUTY: INFINITE WARFARE VIDEO
http://www.pcgamer.com/enjoy-26-minutes-of-zombies-in-spaceland-in-new-call-of-duty-infinite-warfare-video/
One thing we haven't seen a whole lot of around here is the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare zombies mode, properly known as Zombies in Spaceland. But we can rectify that now with the assistance of GamersPrey HD's 26-minute video, which includes the introductory cinematic—styled after an '80s-era cartoon, naturally—and showcases new features including ATMs and the "Afterlife Arcade."

ANOTHER BLIZZARD IMAGE LEAK SUGGESTS THE NECROMANCER MIGHT BE COMING TO DIABLO 3
http://www.pcgamer.com/another-blizzard-image-leak-suggests-the-necromancer-might-be-coming-to-diablo-3/
Blizzard's big secret in recent months has been Sombra, the Overwatch character whose reveal has been the subject of one of the most painfully drawn-out ARGs of all time. But it may have something else cooking too, a secret that it's actually managed to keep under wraps until now—and which was found, somewhat ironically, alongside the new image of Sombra that was discovered today on Blizzard's online store.

BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE JUST ANNOUNCED TWO NEW PROJECTS
http://www.pcgamer.com/bohemia-interactive-just-announced-two-new-projects/
The company behind Arma 3 and DayZ today announced a pair of new games, and they're both playable now in an early form.
Ylands and Project Argo are products of a new part of the studio dedicated to experimental games called Bohemia Incubator. While Bohemia says that its core focus is on Arma, DayZ, and Take On, it sees Incubator as a chance to test concepts at a very early stage.

HOUSE OF THE DYING SUN IS OUT OF EARLY ACCESS
http://www.pcgamer.com/house-of-the-dying-sun-is-out-of-early-access/
I had a chance to play a pre-release version of House of the Dying Sun for a summertime preview, and it was an absolute blast. It's a Freespace-meets-Homeworld-meets-Battlestar space combat sim, stripped down to the bare metal: Missions are short, vicious affairs carried out in some of the prettiest slices of stylized space I've ever seen. Now it's time to take the full release for a spin.

SOMBRA IMAGE LEAKS AS THE OVERWATCH ARG DRAWS TO A MERCIFUL CONCLUSION
http://www.pcgamer.com/sombra-image-leaks-as-the-overwatch-arg-draws-to-a-merciful-conclusion/
A leaked image of the Overwatch hero Sombra suggests that her long-awaited reveal will take place at BlizzCon. Originally discovered at gear.blizzard.com, the picture has since been taken down, but Reddit never forgets, and there's no doubt that it bears a striking resemblance to what we've seen previously.

http://www.pcgamer.com/to-the-moon-successor-finding-paradise-has-a-steam-page-original-game-has-85-percent-discount/
Back in January, Freebird Games unveiled its To the Moon successor Finding Paradise—a similarly retro-styled adventure again starring Dr. Eva Rosalene and Dr. Neil Watts and A Bird Story's now fully-grown protagonist Colin. In August, Andy caught up with studio lead Kan Gao who noted "summer 2017" as Finding Paradise's due date, and it's now crept onto Steam sporting the same ETA.
