the only time i notice loading on a Wii is trying to get onto a channel, most channels are good (about 5 secs) but the shop channel seems to take at least 10 but can be nearly 30....it's a good job i don't use it much.
games
wii sports and wii play: must be less than 2 seconds (i am assuming loading is when the screen goes black.)...not much to load on these two so it's not surprising.
SSX: min 5 secs max 10 when loading anything
twilight princess: no idea as most of it is hidden like when riding through the windy bits between the fields
