I expected (and still expect) a deluge of "well, that means that 4K Blu-ray IS important" comments. 

 

The sad truth is that physical sales are flagging. I don't think they'll go away within the next decade, but as someone who supported Blu-ray heavily when it first came out, even I can't deny that streaming movies is more convenient than buying them on disc. I still buy Blu-rays, but only when I want to watch them on my digital projector, where the quality is more evident. I'm not going to pretend that most people have 100 inch screens in their homes (though more really should, for the price, projectors are awesome).
