I'm not sure if that will be the case. In one of the interviews they said that with the motion control, it opens up some more buttons on the controller so flight may only be with motion control. The ground combat, however, they said that it will be controlled with the analog sticks and by these new videos, they revealed that motion control will do those big attacks like the dragon swinging its arm and taking out lots of guys.
