Obama got into office in 2004. From 1999 onward, healthcare was already rising. Which was before Obama was even in office let alone before he created the Affordable Care Act. FIVE years before
I like how people like to overlook certain facts with the usual smear attempt to blame Barrack Obama. Everyone also seems to forget that the Affordable Care Act brought over 20 million new jobs to the country as well as got health coverage to people that needed it and couldn't afford it.
There are plenty of things you can critique the president on. Which is why I don't see why people like to exaggerate the Affordable Care Act. Especially when healthcare premiums were rising BEFORE HE EVEN GOT IN THE OFFICE anyway.
