The main character from Disaster: Day of Crisis, a Nintendo first-party developed game. In case you're wondering what could he do on Smash, simply copy/paste Snake's moveset from Brawl and voila. People get to play as "Snake" once again in Smash, and you replace the figure with a Nintendo-friendly (as in, property of them) character. And yes, Raymond basically does the same Snake do. That includes taking down massive mechanical weapons, using a vast array of random weaponry and be the stealthiest fox when needed.

So...a clone? Pretty sure they'd change the appearance of moves for the sake of not being accused of being lazy.
