The issue is that she had a private email server which handled classified information, creating uneccessary risk of exposing data pertaining to national security. She then lied about it, and tried to destroy the evidence.
People are kicking up a stink about it, because:
a) "Regular" people have gone to prison for less
b) She has provided no real good reason for actually doing this. Which leads people to believe she did it to hide her doing other things that were corrupt (ie, emails potentially linking donations to Clinton Foundation to certain State Department decisions).

What are you implying here? That the FBI works for the Trump campaign? The FBI investigated in the first place because they had reason to believe she broke the law. They're investigating again because they have more evidence that suggests that they may have been wrong about acquitting her.
