Short answer NO.
Long Answer Hell NO. thinking they could replace consoles shows a lack of understanding of what makes a console so attractive for many buyers. Sure this setup could become popular for a niche group but it is unlikely to be a console replacement, perhaps for some it will become a lowend PC replacement.
