Actually, if anything it shows that was a brilliant idea.

Get a wad of cash from Microsoft, no doubt increasing the Xbox version sales as well, but at the same time not even damaging sales of the PS4 version. I don`t see any negatives.

Unless you have the numbers to show how much MS is paying EA for these exclusivity.
