Monitoring pre-orders is good, but we can't be sure that it will lead to increased shipments.

Always lowball? Is that the reason 3DS and WiiU had multiple projection reviewed to alot lower than their first forecast?

 

And having "low suplly" is only good if it's marginally low, but if they starve the market it will be worse for them.
