Not voter fraud. If hes not running, he can't get elected. If you DON'T want to vote for the democrat do NOT vote on that particular part of the election or do a _write in_. This is how electronic voter laws work. Frankly I hate electronic voting machines too because the paper trail is near non-existent. But the law is the law and this is still _not_ voter fraud.
