Nintendo's share of the Pokemon Go success is higher than that, it's not included in the smart devices content report because it's not a Nintendo published product (that'll be Miitomo accounting for that money). 12 billion yen came from "entities accounted for using the equity method", "This is mainly from the Pokemon Company". That's around $115 million. See this. 

Don't forget Apple/Google take a cut of sales of Pokemon Go through the App/Play Stores, respectively, as do Niantic and the Pokemon Company.

So no numbers on how much Pokemon Go itself made. 115M across 6 months and all licensing deals.
