Yeah, makes sense. I bought like 9 games in PSN last month, among them Dragon Age 3, Lego Hobbit, Batman Arkhan Kight, Driveclub... All of them, cost me, total, around 60 bucks, ALL OF THEM.
Here in Brazil a single one of these games go for 75 dollars at retail.
