its a bad port no doubt, but saying it's a last gen game is somewhat ignorant.
It's not like they just took the game from the PS3/360, upressed it and called it a day. If thats all they did this game should be running at a locked 60fps. They took a last gen game then applied current gen assets to it. So better textures, lighting, PP effects....etc. Kinda like whats happening with the Skyrim remaster.
