BATTLEFIELD 1 GETS A LAUNCH TRAILER

Electronic Arts and DICE have released the launch trailer for Battlefield 1. Battlefield 1 promises to take players across multiple and varied locations in a bid to fight their way through immersive battles. Battlefield 1 is powered by the Frostbite 3 Engine and is available right now.

 

ESCAPE FROM TARKOV – MORE SCREENSHOTS SHOWCASING THE GAME’S IMPROVED VISUALS

Battlestate Games has released a new set of screenshots, showcasing the improved visuals of Escape from Tarkov. According to the team, these screenshots were taken immediately from the game and no retouch was applied to them.

The "exploration-centric action RPG" Xanadu Next, originally released in Japan in 2005, is coming to worldwide audiences via Steam, GOG, and the Humble Store on November 3. Developed by Nihon Falcom, the studio behind the Ys and The Legend of Heroes series, Xanadu Next "puts the player in the shoes of a gravely injured knight" who must embark upon a quest for the legendary sword Dragon Slayer in order to ensure his survival. As with both of those series, Xseed is handling the English localizations.

 

SHADOW WARRIOR 2 – NEW UPDATE BRINGS PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS, FIXES SHADOW AND GEOMETRY FLICKERING

Flying Wild Hog has released the third update for the PC version of Shadow Warrior 2. According to the release notes, this patch fixes the annoying shadow and geometry flickering issues, optimizes shadow rendering performance and defaults to dedicated GPU (when PC gamers are using both dedicated and integrated GPUs).

SpaceJay has shared some incredible procedurally generated in-game screenshots from the latest development build of Infinity: Battlescape. In case you weren’t aware of, Infinity: Battlescape is a multiplayer space sim spanning a single true to scale star system filled with dozens of planets and moons.

 

BATTLEFIELD 1 – FIRST PATCH IS NOW AVAILABLE [Update: Release Notes revealed]

DICE has just released the first update for Battlefield 1. This update is around 766MB in size, however the team has not revealed yet its release notes. As such, we don’t know what this patch actually fixes or improves.
UPDATE:DICE has revealed the changelog for this first patch for Battlefield 1.

 

DISHONORED 2 GETS A COOL LIVE-ACTION TRAILER

Bethesda has released a live-action trailer for Dishonored 2. It’s pretty cool and captures the atmosphere and spirit of the game, so be sure to check it out. Dishonored 2 releases on November 11th and will let players take the role of Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano.

NEW SINGLE-PLAYER AND MULTIPLAYER SCREENSHOTS FOR TITANFALL 2

Electronic Arts has released a new set of screenshots from the single-player and the multiplayer modes of Titanfall 2. Titanfall 2 releases on October 28th and promises to be a solid PC product.
