So Gears4 was < 94k fw and dropped to < 22k second week

That's a lower 2nd week than Judgement. Just for all the legs references in last week's threads.
Wish i could remember what my U4 G4 "bet" was. If someone does..refresh me. I think it was something like U4 FW (which was +2.7M) > G4 2016 or U4 first month > G4 lifetime. Something along those lines
