So after the two movies, start from Epi 28 up until epi 41. That's the Universe 6 tournament. Most of it was meh tbh, but the last fight was amazing and really brought it back to the roots of DBZ.
Epi 42-46 is a rather silly filler arc that you can just as easily skip if you'd like. After that, from Epi 47 and onward, it's the Future Trunks arc which has been amazing all the way, and very much worth watching imo.

Thanks for the breakdown. Fillers is like the worst invention ever in anime lol. I looked at manga and it seems it's anime first then manga, well another reason to start watching the anime.
