If the Switch proves successful, I fully expect Xbox and Playstation to pick up this direction. I really do.
I bet within the next year, MS unveils an Xbox One in the Surface form factor. Playstation may even start caring about the Vita again - or more likely, create a portable version of the PS4.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
