Yes!
$5 can open up a whole realm of possibilities for it as a tablet, BC 3DS, DS device as well as a slightly more robust handheld. I understand games on the handheld need to work on the TV but there's no reason why we shouldn't have optional touch for certain navigation and input. I think Devs should be free to make some experiences which are specific to the tablet/touch screen. No one care if some cheap, cute app isn't playable on the TV. Nintendo would be limiting the device for no reason
