It's not fair though because it's mechanics were all from a last generation game. Secondly two competitors have popped up in the time between NGS and NG2 to affect criteria, them being Devil May Cry 4 and Heavenly Sword. Reviewers got tougher, they got more tired of the same problems rearing their ugly heads(camera issues) and lowered the scores accordingly. How it is you can't see this is beyond me.
We'll keep the comparisons within this generation though so your cherry picking can be more poignant than ours.
