Note how charging and Providing power are different statements. A scenario where the docked system consumes more power and outputs higher performance is not out of the question.

"Providing power to the system" part interests me, the handheld phase uses batteries, so output is limited, but when docked it has mains power to draw from, this may give it a substantial boost in performance
