I see no problem with 4 letter abbreviations considering we had the SNES.  I get your point though cause I used to abbreviated GameCube....  GCN...  While now I just go with GC.

How about NS1?

This is the main reason I want three letters, although it also helps with the main list too:

PS4: 4 in the top 100 / 1 in the top 50 / 0 in the top 20 / 0 in the top 10
XB1: 1 in the top 100 / 0 in the top 50 / 0 in the top 20 / 0 in the top 10
NS1: 0 in the top 100 / 0 in the top 50 / 0 in the top 20 / 0 in the top 10
