I think its cool that it seems to be a Wii (I interpret the side controllers as two Wii-motes), Wii U (if the second screen has touch), a standard console and a handheld console experience. Now it could potentially garner all the third-party support it needs and doesn't force developers to use Wii/Wii U functions but still has them so you can develop for them and use them for Wii/Wii U ports, allowing people who skipped Nintendo (7th/8th gen) to still play those games.
I could be wrong about the Wii-mote = Wii compat things but I'm being optimistic :P
The power of the thing is my only concern. It can play Skyrim, that isn't really that impressive.
I think this is a legit console overall.
