Doubt it, it's a tablet that's supposed to cost under $400 (?) afterall. If people start with these stupid metrics (more powerful than X and Y) it's just going to lead to disappointment. I'm sure it will be great in its own right and definitely sell better than the Wii U on the mobility factor alone.
Everything else we can judge when some specs get mentioned.
