It doesn't seem to have any vents for active cooling so I doubt there can be anything more than a low power psu in there. USB connectors on the left, some unknown connector on the right, power and hdmi on the back. Not much depth left for anything significant in there.
Perhaps it has a low power cpu to download updates etc while you are a way, to quickly sync that with the handheld when you get home.
