The only times when it affected me was when it DDOS'd and was still able to play games at those times that it was going on. PlayStation even compensated me additional days to my Plus sub. for any inconvenience from it. I'm extremely satisfied PlayStation.
Now if I was going to be mad and start bad mouthing something. It would be my Comcast service and the over priced and gimped internet I'm paying for.
