They could change out Mysterio for Mastermind and job done, really. But majority of recent X-men films seem, while basing the stuff on X-men, are more creating their own stories.
How they will do X-men films without Jackman, I don't know. Apolcaypse wasn't the best film, mainly because it focussed on her too much and Psylocke was a joke.
Not going to watch the trailer... you know, spoilers and all.
