Yeah, that's fair enough. The reason I would not play this game wouldn't be that it's like minecraft. Actually, I found playing MC on console felt sluggish to play on compared to PC. How does the block placing and movement feel here?

It is a little annoying sure. You law blocks with square. L1 "raises" the reticule up one. R1 "lowers" it. You aren't allowed to place them in mid air so have to have something under or to the side of them.

The angle gets a little annoying some times. You have to kind zoom in and move the camera around so you can see your place better. You realize "oh I need to step up once" or "oh there is no step there, so I need to make one".

Then again that may just me. I have problems with depth. I need to move the camera around to see that I am two squares off not one. So I need to put one "down" before I can put another one. LIttle things here and there. Nothing at all frustrating enough to make me even pause though.

In general it is pretty easy though.  You can also build "coverings" that transform the bricks. So if you build your entire town out of dirt, later you can buy stone coverings that when you use them turn sections into stone. So you don't have to re-build everytime a new item is found.

It sounds a little confusing reading it, but I figure playing the game things flow better after getting used to the controls. That covering mechanic sounds pretty handy as well. I remember having to change blocks in MC was a bit of a tiring experience.  If there is a demo on the Vita, I can give that a shot.
