Just to toss out an alternavite, I recently cut the cord and went to Amazon Fire TV with SlingTV. Best choice I ever made. For $50/mo I get ton of great content (4K avail) including some local channels, tons of sports and works seamlessly with both my Amazon Prime account and Netflix.
Highly recommend.
