SAG-AFTRA is an american actors union. And as many voice actors no doubt work and live in the US, would affect a lot.
I'm fine with this, I'm sure things will get sorted soon. I mean their demands are no different to other strikes based on similar things (like the adverts thing). Of course it may be like other acting work where you get paid less on the day but more if it's a success or more on the day, nothing extra if it's a success. Presume at the moment it's just get paid, job done. As long as they don't make more than those who make the game of course.
