I was actually impressed that somebody who loves a product is willing to point out it's weaknesses. I've done this in the past--not out of hate. Just because there were things that I thought could be done better. I usually would up getting blasted.
This was a good list, even if some of the issues don't pertain to everyone. I really respect it. And the big thing is that it's still a great experience despite the flaws.
