Called it.
I did say before this generation started that over time, we might see sub HD resolutions as developers try to push out better and better graphics at the expense of resolution. (Consoles are a game of sacrifice after-all.)
Although, this resolution is only a brief occurrence to maintain a set framerate, it still backs up that point. :P

I also suggest for people to wait for Digital Foundry's analysis as well so we can see how it really compares to the Playstation 4.
