Some trusted sources. And beyond those, there have been actual, real, involved people referring to it as a home console with portable element, rather than a tablet you connect. Patents, too. And check out this latest patent from the Prophet:

As for what I want, etc? No, this isn't what I want. I'll take scorpio-powered system with SNES pads but I don't expect that. I did, contrary to what your saying, really like the Wii concept and loved the system, however. But that was when I didn't have an HDTV and Sony and MS were charging ridiculous prices for systems that were still sold at a loss. Times are different now. I'd enjoy a home console with innovation - and NX will have that - but it does need to be in the realm of other systems releasing in the coming year. 2.5TF will do that.
