Best graphics in a PS3 open world game

Infamous 2 looked great. Given the scale of it, the consistently smooth gameplay, and amount of things that could be going on at a time without a drop in frames (tornado ftw), it's one of the more impressive technical feats I've seen on the console. It just looks great in motion.
