Theres no reaosn NioH or Persona 5 couldnt be on xbox one, its Sega and Tecmo-Koei publishing them, but lets be honest, even when Microsoft was trying, Japan wasn't buying...
If Blue Dragon and Lost Oddesey and Tales at the time for X360 didn't do it, multiplatform games wouldn't do it.
