Regarding so called censorship in the Internet - its hard for me to say what you mean. We had two big cases of so called 'censorship' lately.

One was on the copiright issues - they 'closed access' to the biggest russian torrent site, rutracker.org
That site is important for me cause I'm uploading my music there for free distribution. In the end - I still don't have any problems accessing it. And for those who have - its enough to put 'turbo mode' in browser on to avoid it. Its hardly a 'censorship'.

Another one was with closing access to different porno sites. Thats normal, porno distribution is illegal in Russia. But I'm sure those who want it - can get an access easily.

Hmm, what do you make of this Wikipedia page?

It maybe some cases there, but its nothing interesting for average joe. Two biggest censorships ive described above. Strangely, but its not in your Wiki. Oh, Rutracker is in there. As I wrote - no real problems accessing it.

Yeah, information about drugs using is closed here and there. And yes, cannabis is a prohibited drug in Russia.
